Terms & Conditions

1. All prices mentioned are for whip plants and height is measured from the collar region to the tip of the plant. Category-wise height is as under:

Ambika Gold: Plant height 4 ft plus

Ambika Silver: Plant height 3-4 ft

Ambika Bronze: Plant height 2-3 ft

2. 20% of the total payment is taken as advance booking amount and the rest before delivery of the plants.

3. Price mentioned are at the Nursery site. Delivery charges are extra depending upon the location.

4. Variety once booked, cannot be altered later on.

5. Buyer has to purchase all the booked plants else advance payment will not be reverted back.

6. If the buyer intends to purchase a partial number of plants out of advance booked plants, he/she has to pay 25% of the payment of the total amount of non-lifted booked plants for no purchasing of already booked plants in addition to the full payment of lifted booked plants,

7, Advance payment will not be reverted back to the customer in any case.
8. Once the material is dispatched from the Nursery site, Ambika Apple Nursery will not be responsible for any loss/damage to plants.

9. We reserve the right to cancel the order and amend the grade of the plant at the time of delivery without any prior notice and the customer has to pay according to the grade of the plant.

10. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
